Clevna is an early maincrop variety.  This variety is suitable for both salads / punnets and table use.  Tubers have good resistance to splitting and some resistance to bruising.  Trials have found good resistance to blackleg and dry rot (Fusarium coeruleum).  Tests for resistance to potato cyst nematodes demonstrated susceptibility to both Globodera rostochiensis Ro1 and Globodera pallida Pa 2/3, 1.
